    bring up my right Trap and Right lat, they are both lagging comparing them to the left side. To me its pretty noticable but other then db rows both lats and traps are not easily worked out one side at a time. sad thing is i would have to say that my left lat is a bit weaker

    unilateral row work for the lats (DB Rows), snatch grip static shrugs, make sure youre looking in the mirror and they are both equally flexed when doing so.
