Im cutting at the moment. Was extremely heavy (350) about 5 months ago, down to 286 as of Monday. Im still seeing noob gains and what not, but after doing the same routine for about 3 or so months now, I figured it would be a nice change.

I basically just want to maintain/keep the muscle that I have now, and wanted to make sure I had a pretty well rounded routine.

I think that would be a little to much for me. :hs:

I do weights 3 times a week and cardio 5 times a week, I dont think I have the energy to do both 5 times a week.

    Monday - Legs/Shoulders
    Wednesday - Back/Biceps
    Friday - Chest/Triceps/Forearms

I cant believe I left that out :uh:

If you are doing cardio 5 days a week. Are you doing the cardio in the AM or PM and are you doing it before or after your lifting regime.....

Since you said your goal is to cut......I would do 30 minutes of high intensity cardio before your workout then set up a program that will allow you to move through your workout in about an hour.....Total time in gym hour and a half.....Also would do a 5 day split on weights as well......Chest, Back,Legs,Shoulder/Traps,Arms.....Then take two days off.....Alot is going to depend on your diet as well......Eat 5 times a day.....In the AM lite breakfast around 8, 10 protein shake only not meal replacement, noon decent lunch with carbs 40/40/20 split being protein,carbs,fat......at 3 shake......workout around 5 shake immediately afterwards......lite dinner consisting of 60/20/20 split of protein, carbs and fat.....

In your workouts with weight use relatively moderate weight with lite rest periods, no more than a minute and a half....

Hopefully this will help you out.....
