I'm seriously thinking of changing my CRT monitor to an LCD.

My question is this, since I'm into graphic design, will I notice much of a difference in terms of color? And I've heard that LCDs aren't any good for gaming (i.e. ghosting issues).

I was hoping LCDs have improved, and guidance is appreciated.

lcd's have much improved in the past year or two... Get a "gaming" LCD because they have lower response times, and generally have better color reproduction. BenQ makes some nice LCDs. Get something with <16ms response time. As for color reproduction, LCDs are getting better, but a CRT is still best. For most people, even light graphic design, it's close enough for government work.
