i switched protein shakes from muscle milk to ON natural whey because artifical sweeteners were giving me headaches from the MM.

anyway, ive noticed a slight stomach discomfort. not really too painful, but its there. will my stomach get used to this?

never had cramps with Whey ever in my life.

have no idea why ON whey would give you cramps, but i guess many on here complain about protein farts so maybe it's common

from my experience I'd reccomend you switch to a different brand.

ON or Muscle Milk have never given me any problems, but when I was using Pro-Rated brand from costco it bothered the hell out of my stomach for some reason. Sometimes it lead to diarrhea even or just really bad cramps. I tried taking it regularly in small amounts to increase my tolerance of it but that didn't really change much. The nasty shits stopped but I still got stomach aches from it.

Try using lactose-free milk. I had the same problem before too and it went away.
