and moved the tris to back day upon my cousin's recommendation.

Felt a lot better since my tris werent all shot from the chest exercises so im assuming i can give it better attention on my back day.

i have a weak bench too but my numbers are slowly moving up..overall had a good workout. Im pretty pumped. :bigthumb:

there you go, breaking a monotonous workout routine is always fun and shocks the muscles, like when a girl sticks a finger up your butt when she's blowing you.
    wat?

i wanna see what my back would look like with 3-5% less bf :hs:

lotta fat on my hips/love handles.. kills my taper.

    today i did:
    deads
    pullups
    machine horizontal row (wide grip)
    cable rows (close grip)
    shrugs

i hadnt deaded in 4+ months.. pulled 385 this afternoon and my neck cramped like a motherfucker, so i took that as a cue to move on.

how long have you been lifting?

i am the laziest person on earth.. but i've been goin pretty good now for a while.. gonna just keep on trucking. just take it day by day and dont expect results in a week or a month. its a long ass road and i'm nowhere near where i want to be. good thing its fun, otherwise i'd have quit before i started.
