Switch to a ketogenic diet near the end of cut?

    Wow, haven't posted here in a long time.

    Not sure if why I even started cutting, but I'm down 8lb (after 4-5 weeks) and my love handles nearly disappeared. I decided to go with the program and try to get around 9-10% bodyfat. Would a ketogenic diet be more beneficial than a traditional diet, which is working great, towards the end of the cut?

    I think so, yes, because your body might become accustomed to the low-cals and changing something could help. Ketogenic diet don't lead to a greater weight loss but they promote fat loss over muscle breakdown more than regular diets do.
