I think this week I'm going to switch it up a bit. Going to do high rep (50 reps) at low weight. The highest weight will equal my warm-up weight on normal days.. I.e. when I do preacher curls on normal day, I warm up with 75lbs.. So tonight I did: 1x50 - 45 1x45 - 55 1x40 - 65 1x35 - 75 Just all part of the plan of shocking teh bod. Tonight was back/bi night. Damn did I LOVE the pump from the high reps. That is all.
