Right now I've just come to college and I'm amazed at how gross the uni gym is. The equipment is great, but the amount of males that are there is just gross. There are like 1 female to every 6 males, which doesnt bother me, but what does is the amount of strick upper body lifts that are done. The females all hog the cardios. And then you have the occasional bitch that just oggles some male benching some weight. I've come to the conclusion that at least until I find the time when that place isn't loaded with so many damn people I will swim. This will also help my tan. Either way I'm wondering what are some excersizes you can do while swimming. IE if I'm trying to gain weight should'nt I be doing sprints then rest then sprint as opposed to your more cardio and 40 min swim? What types of strokes should I focus on to hit all my muscle groups? This is kind of a rant, but if you can ignore that section and focus on the swimming part that would be great.
