how do people of FTN swim and lift, what days do you do what?
water must scare all the brolys, i made a similar thread today too
swimming is gay.
depends on how much you're swimming. we used to swim in the morning, lift in the evenings. was tiring. now i just do it as cardio on my offdays of lifting.
yah its good cardio, but its good to get muscles to, look at michael phelps, he never lifted hes jacked

i swim mornings mon - thurs, lift tues evening, and friday morning. i bike about 20 miles every day, and jog 3 miles about 3 days a week.
I should start swimming again. It's awesome.
