Currently i'm 6', 165 pounds. Not really cut but not really scrawny, i've kept active most of my life. I've tried in the past to hit the gym to bulk up, however i'm afraid of not being able to work out all my muscles so that i might look out of proportion. I'm thinking about just hitting the pool for an hour or so every other day and just swim laps, the days in between I would just hit the gym and do cardio excercises. I'm not looking to get huge or anything, I would like to keep a lean figure just more cut. Target weight for me is 170-175 pounds, i'm just wondering if you guys have any advice on what I should eat. Keep in mind that i'm a full-time grad student living in an apartment with little cooking experience. thanks for the help in advance.
