interesting... how do you microwave 'em? just cut in half and throw in there? or what?

i know baking a normal potato takes forever, but i've never ever cooked a sweet potato before

poke a few holes in it, throw it in the oven for an hour at 425. Done.

I made 3 huge fuckers two days ago. My gf took two and made like 30 sweet potato pancakes. Holy FUCK are they good.

I like sweet potatos so much I just eat them plain. No need for butter or any of that stuff.

wrap in foil, put in over for like an hour @ 400 or until you can smell them. then add a little butter, they're pretty good on their own.

Poke a few holes in them, stick in the microwave and push "potato" button, which usually cooks it for about 8 mins depending on the size.

Sprinkle a little lemon pepper on top and cover with cottage cheese.:wiggle:
