I've been in Paris for just over a month now for my work, and it's been hard to find any place to workout much less do martial arts. While I haven't done MT at a gym (practicing on my own with partners though) for a while, I have finally found a gym here that offers both MT, Savate, and a bunch of other disciplines. It starts up on the 27th, because everything closes for the month of August here.

This is very good! I'll definitely have to start working on my French more though, as I'm bound to get hit in the head a lot otherwise. Man, this is the best news I've had in awhile.:bigthumb:

Oh hell yea. Dude you're in Paris. No reason not to do some Savate.

Werd. It seems to be an interesting contrast to MT. There's a lot more snapping of the kicks, probably due to the shoes that they wear.

Shoe point to the ribs or liver = KO.

I train and love both. Muay Thai always > Savate for me though.
