    If Satan had a flavor, it would taste 10x better than this powdery death called CEE.

    That wasn't the point of this post though...am I supposed to feel any different while taking CEE? I took 2g before my workout today and didn't feel any more "energized" during. When you guys take it, do you feel any different?

    Also, a guy at my gym said he took CEE for a while, but it bothered his kidneys. He said he switched to something called CMM...I asked if that was monohydrate, but apparently it's creatine magnesium m_________. What's the story behind CMM?

    Edit: I just made a PWO with chocolate ON, peanut butter, milk, and watermelon Xtend....bad idea. Xtend's flavor takes over everything and made the shake all frothy.

    I dont see how CEE could make you feel more energized

    and wth does "bothered his kidneys" mean?

    I guess he started having back pains where his kidneys are. Apparently once he stopped taking CEE it went away.

    I had the same thing when i was working my summer job. I got scared and went to the doc. The doc laughed at me, examined me and told me i fucked my lats up at work.

    CEE is just creatine, there isn't any feeling involved with it

    and that's weird that chocolate and peanut butter, and watermelon didn't taste good? :hsugh:

    and you mean magnesium creatine chelate or mcc...its been found in studies to be no more effective than mono.

    Listen if you dont stay hydrated with CEE, mono or whatever you will get cramps especially near your lat muscles. I have gotten them when I wasnt drinking enough water.

    And you have to take Creatine for a week or so to really see any effects. Its not a wonder drug, just a little help.

    took it for the first time ever on wednesday.

    about 3/4 through my workout, got a really wierd body high, goose bumps, hair standing on end; a rush, you know. Maybe it was something else that caused it, but every other part of my daily routine was untouched except for the CEE. :dunno:

    I thought I had moments of laziness but you definately beat anything I have ever done.

    When mixing shakes think would the actual eqiuvelants of this taste good. Strawberry + chocolate good. Watermelon + chocolate well never once have I ever thought of this even if there was a naked girl present.
