i've been awed by it for years, and im doing a documentary on the body mod community in hollywood, and would like to get it on video and have personal experience on the matter as to cover it better.

most people don't do a knee for their first suspension. it's one of the more painful ones. id recommend a suicide or superman over a knee for your first time.

It's not a totally bad idea. Knee suspensions are quite painful (not from my experience but many many friends) and they can easily tear. I've always been told to go with a suicide first. It's one of the easiest. :dunno:
