They just opened a new Japanese restaurant in town and I want to try it out.
Before I cleaned things up I used to enjoy sushi. I'm mainly concerned about the calories in the rice/nori. I usually eat 2-3 rolls. I'm thinking going with sashimi might be better. What do you guys think?

    little of everything

if you're worried about cals, save it for your cheat day or modify the rest of your day's diet to accommodate.

Japanese people are skinny and they eat sushi. Thus, eating sushi = being skinny. Eat it if you like it.

Go with Sashimi if you're going the healthy route. Sushi rice has a lot of vinegar, sugar, and salt which just brings the calories up. And the brown rice ain't that much better since it's still made the same way (vinegar, sugar, and salt).

sushi is amazing for you and white rice is debated to be better than brown rice to stay lean because it doesnt allow you to hold as much water.

i pound sushi twice a week. i dont fuck with amateur shit like shrimp tempura with deep fried shit on it.

    i get:

    10 pieces of salmon sushi
    5 pieces tuna sushi
    5 pieces shrimp
1 alaskan roll (salmon + avocado)
    1 eel + cucumber
    1 rainbow roll
