I ordered a set of EP3s awhile ago.And finally used them yesterday and today. They are pretty fucking badass!Specially for the price.
    Fit nice and tight.No movement.
Was blasting .45 and 6.8 yesterday. And 5.56/.223 today. And they worked pretty damn well.
Going to see how well that handle the beowulf sunday. As that's the loudest firearm I have.
I ordered both medium and small,as I have small ear canals. And the smalls fit perfect.

I have a couple pair around. I still don't use them for shooting, as you really need a muff to keep sound/vibrations from entering the ear canal completely.

I mainly use mine to mow the lawn and on my motorcycle.

I wear my EP3s under my electronic muffs with the volume cranked up.

I like mine, but I need to get some electronic muffs. they don't keep out shooting as well as I thought. They're great though for the price.

Make sure you keep them clean though. Peroxide FTW

I use them from time to time as I don't like to wear muffs. I much prefer the ear defenders (gun show plugs where you sit in the chair and squit goop in your ear (no homo). The surefire is my second choice but as I lose a lot of plugs I keep a bunch of the surefire on hand if I forget to bring ear defenders.

For rifle I have to have plugs for pistol I can wear muffs. I still prefer plugs as when I snap my head when I transition targets my muffs want to fly off my head. That's what you get when you got a big head (don't homo you fags). For indoor ranges or if I'm in an enclosed kill house I wear electronic muffs.

You must have bigger ear canals from so many dicks being shoved in your ear.

Sorry, I had to join in.

I got a pair, EP4 Med, in the first SureFire group buy. They're a hair large, but they fit real well and work quite nicely. I'll definitely be using them more in future, especially under muffs for indoors and the like.

Not often, but the EP3's do work great when doubled under my Pro-ears when I'm shooting shotguns or next to a guy shooting magnum loads.

    I use EP4 Mediums here.

Outdoors shooting I can use them without the additional plug that covers the little hole. When fuckers next to me are blasting 30-06, or when I'm indoors, I close up the hole.

Works great either way. I always carry a set with me because I'm tactical.
