    protein bars are now gonna make up a big part of my diet :wavey:

    will try. these bromax bars arent too bad though. Lots of sugar though, so I usually eat them PWO

    Yeah, I think there's heroin in them. So tasty and addictive.

    Nice to have in a pinch but I'd rather have a meal given the choice.

    i eat 1 for breakfast and 1 for post workout
