i've read the stickies and its been awhile since i've been on this forum, but i was looking for new whey. i've been taking nu-tek pro 5 which has 32g of protein.

i went to gnc to see what was up (its a bad place to go to first i know) but i do like their whey also. they came out with this new line called amp and i was wondering if it was worth it.

also what is a good recommended creatine tablets you all are taking?

I just take dat purp and yay my nig

but real talk, forget about GNC, order some ON or Dymatize or some brand that doesn't suck whey from a good online source like nutraplanet.com or dpsnutrition.com and save assloads of money. Get bulk creatine mono, its cheaper and does the same thing as all the fancier stuff.

the AMP line is good, and if you sign up for the GNC card ($15/yr), then buy 2 of the 3lb tubs of the AMP during the first 7 days of the month, the price per pound is actually cheaper than the ON Pro Complex, which is regarded as the best value good protein (at least from the impression i get).

don't mean to hijack this thread, btw...but why is creatine so inexpensive?
much cheaper than protein and is really effective.
