I am currently taking iso pro protein shakes (35g per shake) and while making one tonight I realize I only have enough left for tommorow now I need to buy some new shit, recommendations? I know you guys always talk about ON, but what does it stand for? and any other protein shake recommendations? how much G of protein should I be looking @? I knwo some are like 30-40-50-60...and there's that whole debate on whether or not your body can take some in, so someone recommend me some also what else would be alright to take? I been lifting about 3 month now, and maybe if there's anything beneficial (was thinking creatine but wil wait to workout for 6-7 month before) that could help me? Vitamins? fish oil? anything?
