Is it ok to take creatine and protein supplements while cutting?
Or I should say, simply trying to lose fat. I don't know if I can really consider myself cutting.
what other supplements are worth taking?

i'm using sesamin, ephedrine, lean gree, and caffeine. (ceaze's suggestion)
You shouldn't need any supplements unless your diet does not cover it
It's not really going to help your cut that much but wont' impede it either
it'll help prevent muscular atrophy
caffiene and creatine shouldnt be used at the same time. theyre counteractive because caffeine dehydrates you while creatine tries to pump water into muscles.

ok nobody has any proof to back up what they say in this forum. show me some proof that caffeine doesn't dehydrate your muscles and therefore reduces the effect of creatine.
Will caffeine reduce the beneficial effects of creatine? Yeah. But cellular hydration is not the main mechanism behind how creatine works, so it'll still help you maintain muscle compared to taking none at all.

Hmm? Got any scientifically backed evidence that you need to supplement a good diet?
i'm taking sesamin, lipo-6, lean green, and b-complex vitamins
it'll help you achieve your goals faster/better than diet alone
As far as I am aware, diet should be fine, provided it is healthy and coverns all needs. This means varying food intake. Those who are time-pressed may well have difficulty.
Not that supplemntation is bad, unless taken to extremes

it's tough, though, to differentiate what's a result of the supps and what's a result of diet/cardio

like the label says
started out with one pill, twice per day
increased one pill every two days until i was taking two pills twice daily
so i'm taking two pills, twice daily
two as soon as i wake up, two with lunch
