Supplements: what do you take and reasons?

    Just wanted to start up a post on what supplements OT users are using and for what reasons or why the beleive its benficial

    are supplements cheaper in the states then canada?

    well are they? i dnno even after exchange rate

    i was gonna pick up a tub of whey and it seemed cheaper then back home

    my friend picked up some whey for 80 bucks or something :hsugh:

    Mono creatine (still figuring out why I'm taking this)

    Multi vitamin ( I dunno someone bought this for me)

    Muliti-V: Just to make sure all my daily vitamin needs are filled
    Creatine: Mostly, I like it because I feel I recover from my work outs faster
    Fish Oil: seems to help me lose weight and fills in my need for good fats.
    Whey: Just to supplment my protien intake.

    multivitamin - just because
    fish oil - good for you
    lean green - good for you
    sesamin - good for you

    I just ordered:
    caffeine - good for fat loss
    yohimbe - good for fat loss

    Green Tea extract - good for you, + increased metabolism
    Multi - why not...
    Whey - to build muscles?

    I think thats it.

    Oh, and lots of steak.

    Whey - obvious
    Multi-V - obvious
    L-Glutamin - for growth (dont take all the time)
    L-Lysine - skin care, amino acid that supports protien metabolism also
    Fish Oil - 'cus everyone else on F&N does
    B-12 - doc said it supports healthy nerves
    Zinc/Mag/Calcium - growth
