Supplements & Protein recommendations?

    Well Im finally going to have time to get back into working out. Im not in horrible shape, ~150lbs, 5'10", ~13% body fat at most. Just lots most of my muscle over the last year due to school owning my time.

    Im looking to gain definition and build some muscle.... not wanting to pack on crazy amounts of bulk though. Any recommendations on what i should be taking?

    protein after you work out helps, but isn't necessary.
