Ok...for background. I'm 24, female, 5'3" and slightly overweight (145lbs) at last count. I'm just looking to lose maybe 15lbs so clothes fit better and generally feel more healthy. I'm eating between 1250-1500 calories a day, usually on the low side and Saturday's I cheat and usually go up to 1600-1800. I workout only about twice a week for 45 minutes. Right now I take a women's daily vitamin, 500mgs of vitamin C and the occasional echinecea (sp?) Any supplements that could help me or that I should be taking. I usually get a good amount of vitamins b/c I eat a fair amount of fruit and veggies, but I'm probably a little low on the intake of meat. Sometimes I have no servings and somedays maybe just one serving. Thanks for any input guys.
