Supplementally Challenged, please help

    I have never done the whole supplement thing. I am average size (would like to lose 5-10 pounds), I eat a fairly low calorie diet, and I work out 5-6 times a week for about an hour. Nothing major. I was wondering what kinds of supplements or vitamins I should be taking, and what are the best for what reason. I hear so much about fish oil, yet I have no clue what it does. Anyone, help.....please? :x:

    fish oil
    whey (if you need more protein than you get from food)

    too lazy to type out the reasons... it's all been covered a thousand times already anyway, you can find it easily
