Supplement timing?

    Went out for some milk and got:

    Protein
    Ultra Fine Scottish Oats
    Waxy Maize
    Flax Seed Oil
    BCAA
    Creatine (Ethyl Ester HCL)
    Something called Pulse, which to me is like NO-xplode or xyience... bigger pumps, more energy etc

    My question is when should I take them (i've only ever used protein), my thinking is the following:

    Breakfast
    Protein shakes, with scottish oats, BCAA and Flax seed oil

    Lunch
    Protein shake

    Pre-Work out
    Pulse, creatine

    Post Work out
    Protein, BCAA, Waxy Maize

    I was given a free sample of fat burners (1 month supply), should I ignore them, or leave them until I've bulked more? I've always been skeptical about fatburners, should I be?

    As usual, all help will be greatly appreciated!:cool:


    Edit: I just read Bateman's post on waxy maize, sounds like it's best for after PWO...
