Supplement Help

    I've decided to get off my lazy ass and start working out cuz I want to look leaner.:naughty:

    I was looking at the links for supplements, but I was thrown off by the different kinds there are and need some insight on what kind I should get. :ugh:

    Info:
    I'm 5'5, 21 years old, Female, and weight 135. I want to lose 15-20 lbs. Lose the extra weight/fat and tone up.

    I'll be working out at least 4 times a week and I'm eating right but I think some pills will help speed the process up. :x:

    So.....what do I get? :hs:

    Appetite suppresants?
    Fat Metabolizers?
    Carb Blockers?
    Fatty Acids?
    Thermogenics?
    Diuretic?
    Glucose Transport?
    Topical Fatloss?

    (some of the few categories I saw) HELP! :sadwavey:

    just get your efas and keep your calories in check, and take some ec if you want

    1. Don't ever use the word tone on F&N again
    2. As far as supplements, stick to protein shakes, fish oils, green tea, and multivitamins for starters

    Just thought I could do something to speed the process up. I crave food.....food is my friend. :hsugh:

    I sure hope thats you in the av... but anyway.

    The supplements posted before will help speed up the process, and you're sitll giong to crave food... just make sure you're eating til your satisfied, not til your full. Try and eat the right foods as well, if you're going to lose weight do it right.

    That means no more potato chips, cookies, soda's, basically keep anything high glycemic to a low :hs:. I'm cutting right now as well... in about two months i've gone from 195 --> 176 lbs, simply by watching what I eat and lifting 5 times a week with three days of cardio as well.
