Supplement help please

    Currently I take:

    Morning and After workout:
    -Protein Shake
    -Multivitamin
    -Fish/Flaxseed Oil Combo

    Before Workout on lifting days:
    -Creatine

    Is there anything else I should pick up that would be worthwhile?
