Hi, any advice is welcome regarding my supplement purchase choice. I currently do boxing and some basic weight training during the week. So I was going to start on Whey Protein again to aid muscle repair/growth. I was wondering if Whey protein is the best supplement of choice? My boxing is mostly circuit training, punchbag work, and upper body work. My basic weight training in the week consists of shoulders,triceps,upper back and leg work. If any more information is needed feel free to ask. Sorry, I'm not really informed when it comes to supplements.
