i was gonna make a new avatar and then i realized it would be pretty :greddy: and i'm better off with my dog

but since i have the picture - been dieting for around 10 weeks now, goal is to hit ~ 7% by the end of may. i think i'm around 10% right now :dunno:

    am i on track?

Honestly this is one of the only fitness forums where the members are actually in shape. I've been on forums where guys training for 4+ years look like garbage. Good work.

How long have you been training? Whats the routine like? Natural?

will be training 2 years in june. natural, yes. routine...honestly man i don't feel like typing right now :o pretty basic...chest, back, shoulders, deads traps + tris, and legs are my "days". Just added in cardio last week and will continue until i get to where i want.

Chris3G ... i'd have to say your progress from when you first started til now is amazing. i remember those pics of you all fatty at your shore house. you've seemed to gain much size and strength relatively easily while not gaining too much BF. GJ!

thanks bro...i definitely put on fat though, when i started cutting in february i was 200 lbs... pur actually called me a fatty in one of the picture threads we had :wtc:

diet started at around 2500 cals, 200g protein, the rest 50/50 carbs and fats. Since then, i've slowly dropped cals from week to week and i am currently at around 1600 per day which is the lowest i plan to go. I seem to be able to retain LBM even on minimal cals, i actually made a couple PR's today :dunno:

diet consists of primarily egg whites, cottage cheese, ergo mass meal, whey protein, brocolli, and sometimes chicken/beef/fish if i am up to cooking.

i started cardio last week and i am doing 30 minutes a day, 5 days per week, keeping my heartrate around 130-140. I plan on increasing to 45 or 60 minutes if necessary.

edit: forgot to mention....with my current calorie intake, i am getting around 85 carbs per day. I do one carb refeed per week, where i consume an additional 200-250g of carbs.

    Great progress man :bigthumb:

I remember those pics you posted before and you have come a LONG way. Great job with building LBM and cuttind down your extra fat. Try and get down to that 7% you are shooting for, and then once fall comes back around try and bulk upto 195lbs or so and take it from there.
