    Goals: Sustain or increase current muscle mass and strength. Shed bodyfat and increase endurance and speed.

    Metrics: bodyweight, lift numbers, running times, subjective mood report

    Diet: Eating high protein, high fat, very low carb throughout the week.

    Workout:
    Running 3 miles every other day with 100 crunches
    Swimming 30 minutes every day.

    Chest + Bis: (3x10)
    Flat dumbbell press
    Incline dumbbell press
    dumbbell flies
    bicep curls
    hammer bicep curls

    Back + Tris: (3x10)
    Lat Bar
    Bent over Row
    Pull-ups (max out)
    Tricep pulldown
    Dips (max out)

    Shoulders + Legs (3x10)
    Shoulder Press
    Front Shoulder Raise
    Side Shoulder Raise
    Squats
    Calfs

    Updated multiple times daily
