Super Pump

    I was just wondering if anybody has tried Super Pump 250 on here and what kindof results they experience...also if any adverse side effects occured.

    I currently use NO-Explode and love it, I'm assuming these are the same type of products?

    I tried N02 and it works but gave he head aches.

    some of my friends used it. i tried it once before a workout. i didnt notice much of a difference, but probably because i only had it once.

    i've had satur8 though, i liked that

    you're right bro. I'm usually the one preaching about being nice to noobs and shit, I guess the newb rush has just gotten to me a little bit.

    I will admit, I tried it and love it. I really don't care if any of the "products" in it cause any strength gains, it makes me want to lift VERY hard and VERY heavy. Its like motivation in a bottle and I can use some motivation. I have been lifting for 8yrs now and it can get old. However, w/ this stuff, I feel like I did back when I first started lifting...wanting to get as strong as I possibly could and busting my ass to do so. I would assume most of my strength gains come from this mentality, as I lift harder than I ever have before when I am on it and accompanied w/ my diet, the strength just rockets. My bench is up 15lbs, my hang clean is up at least 20lbs, and my squat is up another 15lbs. These gains came in a period of 4~5 weeks and while I can't definitively attribute it to super pump, it sure as hell helped me get the strength with the intensity of lifting it provided.
    Bench - 365
    Squat - 435
    Hang clean - 290
    Weight - [email protected]'0"~6'1"

    BTW guys, Archangle is 6'4" @ 220 and his numbers are at least as strong as mine.....so he def. isn't a newb when it comes to lifting. He was my lifting partner here at AU and we had never tried anything other than protein shakes up until a couple of months ago when I tried this stuff and told him how much I liked. Newbs to various products on the market, yes...newbs to lifting, no :)

    Man calling me a noob is pretty harsh....I had a simple question I don't need to learn about NO products. I was refering specifically to Super Pump 250 and if anyone had any side effects directly associated with it or if they could contribute any gains to it! I was looking for something besides steroids that puts my maxes up with out having to bulk and gain 30 lbs. In my world we have weight standards 300 lbs=fatass. If someone has a suggestion let me know. I am looking to gain 40 lbs on bench to throw me over 400 and about 60 on squat to push me over 500.

    Yup. I am in there 5 days a week....kinda hard to miss;). BTW, the first time I ever took this stuff I felt nothing as well...it was b/c I only took one scoop. The next day I took 2 scoops on an empty stomach, which amplifies the effects, and bam...it was game time. Haven't looked back since. I had to take about 4 weeks off there for a little while to get "unused" to it b/c you stop feeling the pump that you used to. My strength never left although my diet was pretty much spot on for bulking. I am now taking it again and expect to see pretty good gains.
