    Goals:
    Weight : 175 lbs
    Bench: 300 lbs
    Squat: 275 lbs
    Run 2.5 miles non stop

    Current stats:
    Weight : 162lbs
    Bench: 265lbs 2x
    Squat: 225 4x
Run: 1.0 mile before needing a break :wtc:

Those are my goals to hit by the end of 06.. here goes nothin!!! :wiggle:

God damn, i cant take pics and flex at the same time

Ya, ive really been neglecting legs for a while, and just started hitting them hard again about a month ago, so those numbers should pull up soon :x:

The hardest goal for me to hit is gonna be the running one.
