It's been a while, how's it going? I sorta fell out of the comics scene since my life has been so damn busy, but I still lurk around here once in a while to see what's up. I'm of course still following Thor, but that's about it.

What's new around here, seems like traffic around here isn't what it used to be :hsd:

Oh yea, I still have boxes upon boxes of Marvel legends at my parents house  Probably going to keep those suckers forever :o

Traffic was like any other subforum, it was hot for the longest time...now it's just the regs with the occasional new guy/lurker popping up.

oh...and some bad new? sure. JMS is leaving Thor after the next issue and some newb3rt is taking him on to get him kinda-sorta back into the marvel u.

Yea I think I remember seeing a thread about that a while back, what made you do it? I can't do it, I think they're awesome.
    Yea, sounds about right.
    What? Is this real?
    :wavey:
    Yea I heard about Bobbot...
Yea, true true. I feel like a lot of forums just aren't what they used to be, maybe people are too into Facebook and Twitter to post on forums now :o

I still keep up with Thor, I like how they basically stripped away the Odinpower from him. Oh well, stories aren't as interesting when you're basically omnipotent I guess.

dont have any pics of when it was at its largest. i did have ALL the Legends variants except brown pants cable and phasing ghost rider. had a complete up to date Avengers loose figure display shelf. i had all my Legends in packages displayed along the top of the walls as wallpaper. i do still have the 1:500 cases Marvel Girl backwards variant (trying to sell her still). i had a 25th anniversary gi joe section of the wall that had prolly 60 figures MOC displayed on it. had a book shelf full of anniversary Transformer figures. all have since been sold to buy comics and statues and whatever else i wanted at the time :hsd:

only thing i kept was my thor figures MOC and my loose thor and a green lantern display shelf. and yes the thor loose figures are standing on a prop replica Thor hammer. at the time it was the only place for it. ive since moved it to the top of the curio cabinet that houses my statues/busts

these are the only pics i got of my colleciton. all these are recent until i sold them in the past month

You should put those behind glass or wash them regularly.

Nice collection, sad to see you got out of it. I went through a phase where I spent a TON of money, but I'm fortunate enough that I don't have to sell anything for the cash :hsd: So I will keep everything for the forseeable future.

I still need to subscribe to Thor so I have stuff to read whenever I come back to the states, I do miss it. I am really anticipating the Marvel movies in the next few years too
