i makes my own wraps cause most tortilla wraps use hydrogenated oils. real easy, just mix milk and flour, kneed, and then flatten out to cook on a dry frying pan

I use some wraps that they sell at CostCo, not sure what the brand is. You get 3 6-packs for about $6.
They have low carb, protein tortillas. They're nasty.
Flat-Out Wraps or some shit. Thats the stuff I buy.
Yeah, Flatout bread I think is the name of them. I was going to check when I got home, but I'm pretty sure that's it.
I usually get a few packs and freeze them. They're pretty good IMO.
I forget the brand but I get whole wheat, low carb tortilla wraps. They only have like 15g of carbs, 7g protein, and 6g fiber.
I will either fill them with 95% lean ground beef, or ground chicken/turkey mixed with a low sodium taco seasoning. Then add stuff like salsa verde, hot sauce, cheese, and olives.
I will also do fajita's which consists of a lean flank steak or grilled chicken with green/red/yellow peppers, cheese, and salsa.
i just throw some chick hen in there with an ass load of let us. then i dribble some whey on that shit to spice it up.

maybe i've had one..turkey wraps are pretty fucking good actually, i put a shitload of dijon mustard on them not sure if it's whole wheat thoe. sour cream and cheddar ruffles + beer + turkey wrap + dijon mustard = win
