just got these and tried them out today
4+ year old and1's ftw.
reebok gum soled cross trainers for lower body days, high top reeboks for cardio/upper body days
low top chucks w/ no socks to accentuate my perfect diamond calves
I can't remember the model name of the everyday shoes I got last year, let alone the workout shoes i got 9 years ago
i use these when my pussy doesnt hurt and i actually deadlift
i used to use sambas when playing indoor soccer

I used whatever street shoes I've retired. Mostly Puma's in the past. Now I have some diesels that suck big time to lift in - super soft heels.
I can't deadlift in them. I usually sock it. but I'm thinking about trying my oly shoes next DL
well because i'm very strong and deadlift 255, i wear these for squats/dls
and just regular running shoes for the other days
what's with all these converse shit?
flat soles = more stability
flat, solid/non-compressing sole.
sole is a little soft but it doesn't bother me for squats.... for deads I go shoeless on the heavy sets.
