Sup bros. How do you guys get your fiber?

    Sup bros. A lot of us eat high protein and low/no carb foods, and a lot of times we don't get enough fiber in. So how do you guys get fiber in your diets?

    I tried eating Xyience protein bars (they have 13 g of fiber each) but the last one I ate made me really sick, so I am not going to eat those any more.

    Your thoughts?

    I get mine from walnuts, fiber tabs and veggies.

    mostly from vegetables.... Every once in a while I'll binge on PB&J sammiches or something and use some whole grain bread with a lot of fiber.

    Green beans and broccoli. I eat at least a 1lb frozen bag daily if I'm low/no carbing.

    I've been eating Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal in the morning and then some Kashi bars through out the day. The cereal is meh but the bars are actually pretty good.

    I eat the same cereal, I like the taste of it though. Sometimes I'll throw a 1/2 teaspoon of sugar or a cut up banana in there just to sweeten it up.

    They have a chocolate flavor of this, mix it in with protein shakes. Makes it thicker and you can't even taste it.
