A&P Sunset + dock pics v. happy 2010

    All shot with Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8, most around f/11

    I really didn't do much PP to the sunset pictures at all other than WB and small exposure adjustments. I did, however, spend some time on the dock pics, especially the b&w one. I tend to spend lots of time on b&w shots trying to get the contrast, levels and details just perfect

    the framing the PP

    it might be slightly leaning right though

    thanks. and I thought it was slightly leaning to the left :rofl: I drew a straight line along the horizon and dock features in LR to insure it was straight :) I think the problem is the distortion from the lens makes the picture look un-level depending where on the photo you focus

    -edit- and I just realized somewhere on #1 where I overlooked a major PP detail :mad:

    Nice pictures

    The warp one makes me feel sick.

    Did you use any filters?

    Every time I take sunset pictures my sun is way to big and blown out, or my scene is way to dark.
