sunflower seeds are the shit?

    lately i've been grubbing seeds non stop in between meals since i'm bulking.

    3/4 cup has 160 cals, 15g fat, 90 mg sodium, 5g carbs, and 6g of protein.

    how bad is that fat intake? 10 grams of the fat is polyunsaturated fat.

    is this a good or bad idea?

    Are you talking hulled or regular? 1/4 cup w/shells is around 80 calories. Plenty of fiber and healthy fats...I eat them every day.

    i get no flavor because they contain less sodium
