F&N Gurus, I come to you with my summer workouts. This was sent to all of us by our strength coach, and I just thought it would be a good idea to run it by the collective expertise of F&N, since I learned most of what I know through this board. If anyone has suggestions for adding to it, or any direct critiques, I'd like to hear them. This is for a men's crew team over the summer.

    Any input is appreciated, thanks

It's an Excel spreadsheet that has 4 phases on the bottom tabs if anyone doesn't get it.

seems to be a pretty solid routine, unlike most high school and college sport routines. The set and rep scheme varies, which is good. Personally, I don't routines to be that long - but rowing requires a lot of endurance, so I can see you coaches viewpoint.

Just make sure you are using the right weight for the reps - i.e., don't be using the same weight for your 3x12 squat day as your 3x5 day
