Was amazing. Last night was Necrophagist's first date on the tour due to immigration issues, and they were still short a guitarist, but that didn't stop them from slaying the crowd. Their new drummer is simply a beast (who was also performing a clinic here at Guitar Center today). Muhammed was spot on the entire night. I almost came when they played Fermented Offal Discharge.

My only gripes about the tour are the extremely short set times, and bands are getting fucked over order wise since they're being rotated based upon local markets (Atlanta has a large hardcore/metalcore scene, so As Blood Runs Black and The Faceless saw much longer set times than Arsis and Beneath the Massacre).

Best metal tour of the summer.

DAMN IT, that shit is this Saturday over in Anahiem, CA, want to go fuckin' bad. But work is cockblocking that shit. No love Decapitated? Probably my favorite tech-death band, well with Sauron anyway...damn I wish he would rejoin the band. :wtc:

I like Winds of Creation a good bit, but their sound live was muddy and not as impressive as on album

Their first three albums were fucking perfection. Nihility would be my favorite. Fucking Sphere's of Madness > * I got a bootleg CD of a live performance in Nottingham, I think they sound fuckin' tight live. But then again, that was with Sauron on vocals still.
