the whole article is great. the parts that i liked were the System Design, Rational Bulking, The Velocity Diet, The Breakfast part, and the Olympic Lifting part

the whole article is worth the time reading. tons of good information.

Charles Staley came to my school and I got to see him for free. He was a good speaker. I bounced after the discussion as I really wasn't interested in the training routine he was going to demonstrate.

I don't like t-nation much anymore :dunno: I used to be hard core over there, meets and all, and it's just not the same. The product hype really ticks me off the most.

That and most of their writers look like they've never touched a weight or done shit in their field.

I only pay attention to a select few of them. Their legion of retarded forum monkeys doesn't help either when they suck off everything written on that site like its the gospel.

you're right, but it's not like they're pulling this stuff out of their asses. just filter through the obvious advertisements and there you go.

i feel the same way about Lyle too (in terms of never touching a weight)
