I had gyno when I was 12 from what I can tell due to genetics. It went away on it's own around 14 (the hard hard) but left my nipples larger than normal and has been away until now. Maybe it's mental, but over the past 2 months my nipples have been feeling itchy/painful at times. My skin has always been smoother/sofer than my girlfriend's as well. I'll be going for a blood test soon to see if this is the case but I want some information now.

What are some of the consequences of long-term low-dose use of a suicide inhibitor? I saw some really cheap 6-oxo and I can get a 6 month supply at ~110mg/day (whereas PCT is recommended at 330mg? can't recall) for $25, but what would happen when I get off? Would it be beneficial to alternate this with an estrogen blocker?

typically it shouldn't be a problem. Don't overdo it on any estrogen inhibitor as, even in men, estrogen is necessary for proper function -- too much suppression will cause you lack of libido, lethargy, loss of strength, joint paint because of dryness, etc..

6-OXO shouldnt be your choice to try and get rid of those symptoms. Also how old are you ?

Stay away from anti-estrogen supplements. If your blood test comes back abnormal, you'll get proper treatment. Your health practitioner will keep an eye on it, and there's always the availability of surgery if it comes down to it. What is your body fat % estimate?

aromasin might be the best bet, letro is hard on the libido, armidex is bad on the cholesterol, nolva is hard on the liver

19 years old (almost 20), bodyfat probably around 12%. I don't have anything that hangs, the nipple is just larger than normal and sensitive at times. I do have a history of gyno.

That's why I was thinking 100mg, that's about the size of the pills so 1 a day.

Note - I'm from Canada, but interesting I'll definitely look at that first.

Only know of Nolva, and I've only heard of arimidex. The other two are foreign to me but I'll look into it.

one of these will do it...my choice for this situation would be armidex at .25 mon-wed-fri to start and see how it helps, keep the omega3 and 6's up high and use natural shit like garlic and red yeast rice to keep the hdl high as possible. Dont use it for more then 4weeks

Don't self-prescribe yourself for gods sake. Have you actually been to doctor about this? If you're had it since you were young then I'd say that would be of genuine medical concern.

Having blood tests should be the FIRST step, not something you eventually get around to doing. No point wondering about 6-oxo, nolva, letro etc etc when you don't even know if your oestrogen is higher than normal or not.

no offense to all the juiceheads around here but the internet is the last place you should come trolling around for medical advice. getting anything that would help you without an endocrinologist script would be illegal as well. this shit blows my mind, thread after thread

    Good good :)

I wasn't trying to sound like a dick.. it's just that it's pointless trying to correct a problem if you don't even know it exists.

Even harder going to your doc in several months time if you fuck your hormone levels up by taking anti-E's for a long period of time.

Get the blood work done, ask your doctor to go through the results with you, and THEN if you're not sure, post it up on here. There are some knowlegeable people who will help you out... just make sure you go to the professionals first.

I never knew that. I used to think I had it.. but as I continue to drop BF, fat around my lower chest seems to shrink slowly.. And I've never had pain, so I'm beginning to think I don't.

I still need to get it checked, just to be sure..
