First time I've ever pulled it. Hurts pretty damn good (can't sleep), limping, and I got a game next week.

what should I do? IcyHot? ice? heat?

I tried massaging it for a while and it felt good but right when it stopped it still felt about the same

Usually when someone pulls their hamstring it means their glutes are weak/inactive
