Looking to tie someone up tonight, and it's kinda my first time. What do you guys recommend? Rope? nylon straps? going to be tieing this person to a bed, and furniture.

I'm not looking to go with a full blown expensive setup here since I'm just getting into it..

    Thanks in advance! :bigthumb:

    socks or curtain cords.

However, the material should not be one of your major concerns. Not to scare you or anything, but you can kill a person tying them up. You need to learn a bit about tying before doing it. The key is checking for blood flow, discolouration around the ties and insuring that you do not use knots that cinch. I would learn that stuff first, then worry about material to use. As I mentioned, a good starting point are socks (then you do not have to worry about what I just mentioned) or curtain rope (which gets into more 'useful' ties).

It really depends what you mean by tying as it is different for everyone. For me, if I said tying, it would almost NEVER mean tying to a bed.

    Good luck!

You need to get yourself some furry handcuffs. Two pair will do the trick.

Good nylon or bad (Home Depot) nylon? I mean none of it is really good....but some of it is okay :) If you are seriously into rope play, I would recommend upgrading your rope. You will notice such a huge difference in the comfort and feel of a higher quality rope.
