OK, I completely clueless when it comes to car audio. All my shit is factory. :o

First of all here is what I need.

I have a Toyota Camry right now. It is just a temporary car.

I want to buy subs for my car atm, because I am not getting my truck until december. I want to be able to put them in my truck when I get it though. I am thinking about 10"s but I really would like some 12"s. I need to know what kinds of amps I would need to push both of these and comparison of prices between both. I don't need a top-of-the-line system. I just want something that sounds good. Also I would like you guys to suggest some brands of subs that you like.

    Thanks.

You into SQ (sound quality) or SPL (loudness) more? It would help to know how much you want to spend in total.

700 - 800 for subs and amp, or for just the subs? Also, what kind of truck? Extended cab or no, we need to know these things, also do you like sealed, ported/vented, or bandbass boxes?

My vote for subs goes to JL Audio, but I have never heard any ID subs, so I can't comment on them.

You've got plenty of options for 700~800. If you go mainstream you can go with JL, but I wouldn't personally.

You could go with a 15" RE XXX 03' version....will get crazy loud and sound good doing it. Or 2 10" Edesign Audio A series subs. Or the ID subs sound good too. Stereo Integrity Magnums are awesome subs...a single 12" in any of those brands would be plenty loud in a truck....wouldn't even need 2.
