Im getting pretty sick of my diet lately. Here is the deal. Im a gradstudent and spend 10-12 hours a day working/studying for school. I still manage to workout 5 days a week. the problem is that Im so busy I dont have time to make any good meals. Heres what I eat in a typical day. Breakfast: bowl of cereal protein shake glass of oj with monohydrate mixed in After gym snack: peanut/nut bar and maybe yogurt Lunch: Most likely a sandwich (ham or turkey) apple, yogurt, pudding, peanuts Dinner: By now Im so tired I make whatever is fast. spaghetti, tuna sandwich, turkey burgers. That pretty much covers most of what I eat every day. Im getting sick of it and looking for other options. Lately Ive been trying to make huge meals on the weekend and freezing them to eat throughout the week.
