So, back story. 5'8", was ~160... dropped to 140 by backing off the carbs for a couple months. Got down to 140, and started some basic exercise. Doing pullups/chinups (couple different styles) and pushups (inverted) to failure about every 3 days, just at home with a pullup bar. Doing that for about the past month, this is where I'm at now. That's about 140. Judging from what you can see, will I see the most obvious physical results from working out more, or trying to lose more weight? Also, I'm just trying to eat more "raw" foods instead of processed stuff, and am going to start taking casein at night whenever the tub gets here. Any other suggestions?
