Suggestions for workout routines?

    Any know a decent site w/ pics to check out workout routines? Need pics because I don't understand all the lingo. And I can't do bench press because at the time I go theres very little people there.

    Was thinking flys/dumbell presses for chest. :) I started with some routines I saw in Men's fitness but been doing them for 4 weeks so I am starting to plateau a bit

    i won't brench press unless i have a spotter.
    some of us need one. :hs::o

    exactly i never have a spotter on bench im doing fine
    but you shouldnt be plateauing after a month of your routine man give it some more time

    smith machine, hammer machines, db presses...its not that hard
