Hey guys, i'm trying to drop weight as well as build up muscle. I do cardio 3 days a week and weight training 3 days, but it varies depending on my schedule.

The only time i'm able to workout is at 11:30 pm and they last for about an hour or so.

What should I be eating/drinking post workout? Or should I not be eating anything at all? I usually go to sleep about an hour after i finish.

    thanks

one of the most important times to eat is post workout. have something high in carbs and no fat. what you are trying to do is raise insulin and replenish glygogen levels. i have a shake consisting of skim milk, oats, and whey.
