Suggestion how to work up to 1RM for me?

    I'm gonna try to get some videos for OT on Monday. I'm gonna try to max my big 3 for a 900 total :x: yes i know BDR does that in like 1 lift but whatever

    How should I work up to my maxes? I wanna be warmed up/prepared but don't want to exhaust myself.

    bench attempt 250 (previous 240)
    squat attempt 265/270 (previous 255 -- gonna videotape my lower one too just to critque form since i'll likely fail this)
    deadlift attempt 405 (previous 385 yesterday)

    wow i have never even tried close to that amount of volume on my max attempts. won't all those 1reps > 70% tire me out a lot?

    note: i'm cutting so don't know if that affects it at all

    i guess i better video myself working the way up since i'll probably fail :hsd:

    i always do low volume stuff so i'm weak
